    Most optimal hydration formula on the market.

    This is hydration at its finest for endurance athletes. Perfect amount of BCAA and Minerals. I've been a trainer for 5 years and have never felt comfortable recommending products to trainees until now. McIntyre & team definitely live and work their truth to back it up. Not just some random entrepreneurs trying to bank. Can't wait to try the Pre!!!

    Hyrox World Championship Podium Review

    I started using Hydro the day of the 2022 Hyrox World Championship in Vegas. I competed in the men’s doubles 40-49 division. I took builder an hour before the race and had a bottle mixed to using during the race. I didn’t fade or feel drained from my exertion. I know it was from using Hydro! My partner and I finished 2nd that day!!!!
