I’ve been using bldr for close to a year now. Drinking straight water is not enough (and sometimes counterproductive) and this product allows me to get the necessary electrolytes to stay properly hydrated. I start every morning off with one scope of bldr! Its a great tasting product to get the electrolytes your body needs! Highly recommend!
