Adding sugar to your water does NOT restore plasma osmolality in your body as effectively as sodium. Therefore, we added ample amounts of Sodiumto BLDR Hydro.
VITAMIN D3 & MAGNESIUM
Many people are deficient in VITAMIN D3 & MAGNESIUM, which can detrimentally affect athletic performance. We also added these to BLDR Hydro in scientifically appropriate amounts.

Absolutely loved it. Took 6 tubs on a military deployment and it was a hit with both me and my guys. Training on a tropical island with 90-100% humidity ramped up the sweat factor. BLDR HYDRO replenished us so we could continue to push the envelope and be the tip of the spear!!!

We have changed the way we are shipping and have a new 3PL company taking over all orders and shipments. We now have access to adding your tracking number on your confirmation email. The bldr sports and bldr international website is back up and running and we are processing orders as they come in.
