SERVING SIZE
Each container makes 25 servings of 24oz (710ml). This is equivalent to 4.7 gallons or 17.7 liters.
CONSUMPTION
You can consume Hydro BLDR throughout the day. It is the most efficacious immediately before and during training or endurance activity.

I’ve been using bldr for close to a year now. Drinking straight water is not enough (and sometimes counterproductive) and this product allows me to get the necessary electrolytes to stay properly hydrated. I start every morning off with one scope of bldr! Its a great tasting product to get the electrolytes your body needs! Highly recommend!

Athletes can suffer the effects of muscle catabolism during endurance activity. This is why BLDR Hydro contains three of the fastest absorbing Branched-Chain Amino Acidsto prevent muscle loss during training.
TAURINE
A naturally occurring amino acid that maximizes aerobic, anaerobic, & mental performance. Taurine levels can rapidly deplete during exercise & must be replenished. BLDR Hydro is the only hydration product that has this critical ingredient.
CALCIUM
A vital electrolyte that controls muscle contraction & relaxation. A lack of calcium will force your body to extract it from your bones during long endurance activities. BLDR Hydro contains enough to sustain your exercise without weakening your bones.
SODIUM
Adding sugar to your water does NOT restore plasma osmolality in your body as effectively as sodium. Therefore, we added ample amounts of Sodiumto BLDR Hydro.
VITAMIN D3 & MAGNESIUM
Many people are deficient in VITAMIN D3 & MAGNESIUM, which can detrimentally affect athletic performance. We also added these to BLDR Hydro in scientifically appropriate amounts.
